  18. User may encounter the above-mentioned error message when executing QCD 
  19. version 1.0 with Windows 3.1 on their 286 based PC.  On some 286 
  20. configuration, the module may be KRNL286.EXE instead of USER.EXE and 
  21. YYYY:ZZZZ represents the location when the fault occurs.
